Prof. Lisa Nevans Locke, Faculty Advisor
Lisa Nevans Locke, the Excalibur's media advisor, has taught English at Montgomery College for 19 years. An award-winning journalist for more than 30 years, her first career was as a daily and weekly newspaper editor and reporter, where she covered everything from Montgomery County police and fire to Capitol Hil and the White House. She has freelanced for newspapers, magazines, online news sites and more. For fun, she likes to sing, dance, hike, and take photos.
