Students make snow globes, grab snacks at SAB holiday event

On Dec. 11, 2024, TP/SS students gathered at the first-floor ST Atrium for Holidays with SAB, an event organized by the Student Activities Board.

Students assembled and decorated their snow globes while they interacted with peers as they took part in the holiday-themed activity.

The event, held a week before final exams, provided hands-on crafts and refreshments to participants. Some students also picked up snacks and water while engaging in the activities.

Ash Ibasan is the editor-in-chief of The Excalibur, having first joined the newspaper as a staff writer in March 2024. Having previously studied civil engineering and architecture, she is now pursuing a double degree in computer science and data science. Outside academics, she volunteers to tutor ESL students in conversation and writing and teaches group ESL classes seasonally at the Washington English Center. She enjoys learning new languages to improve her communication skills and further her understanding of global cultures.
