On March 29th, MC held a Caribbean Dance Workshop in Falcon Hall open to students. Here are a couple pictures from the event!

The students were able to to listen to a cultural presentation in order to understand the moves of this style of dance and the history behind them.

Because the dance is really active and requires a warm and prepared body, students had to stretch along with the instructor beforehand.

Caribbean dances are really active and acrobatic. The instructor warned the students of the high possibility of injuries.

Even after the warnings of the instructor, students stayed and had fun till the end. There was a good and active atmosphere and everyone was starting to get sweaty.

Nice shots Frank! This was a great workout. I’ve also battled with a bit of depression and dance is a great way to begin liberating myself! Thank you Ms. Rayvynne!
